I’m Cole Cordell, a Texan actor from Dallas and a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Acting Program. Acting has been a passion and a priority since my 2nd grade debut as the villainous Bubblegum Bart in, "Christmas @ the O.K. Corral."
In about 3rd Grade, I was represented by the Kim Dawson Agency - Youth Division. This meant, as an elementary schooler, I was allowed to miss school in order to go on auditions all around Texas. It wasn't until middle/early high school that I had the pleasure of working on two commercials, a FOX TV show (The Good Guys), and a Hallmark Movie (Front of the Class).
Having wet my feet in film, television, and commercial work, I narrowed my focus back to stage and a more foundational actor training at SMU.
From Molière's Tartuffe to Lanford Wilson's The Hot L Baltimore, I studied under some of the most distinguished professors and theatre artists in the country. Four years later I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, with a B.F.A. in Acting (‘18) and moved out to Los Angeles to continue acting, professionally.
There is a certain type of clarity you get when you’re performing, either on stage or behind a camera; there's really nothing like it.
